Clicked this on the way to Jaisalmer Fort.
These ladies were selling handmade crafts including ornaments. I caught a glimpse of them as they sat on the fort wall conversing in their dialect.
Was lucky to get this shot with the perfect background in the golden city. 🙂 | Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, India | December ’16
“Dunes less Traveled” |
After a 2 hour camel ride, ended up here. It was just beautiful. I walked around those dunes bare foot and after walking for 20 mins, I sat down at the edge to watch the sunset. I clicked it on my way to the sunset. There were so many sand beetles crawling here and there making an amazing pattern with their tiny legs.
Swipe to look at the sand beetle. 🙂 | 60 kms from Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, India | December ’16

The regular is sometimes more unique…
On the way to havelis!
For those who don’t know what havelis are. Havelis are large houses with carvings and heavy decorations.
Hope you all like the post 🙂 | Jaisalmer Diaries, Rajasthan | December ’16
“Locked” |
Clicked this while getting bored and waiting. I laughed when I first saw this. The bench was locked and wound up with a chain to an iron pole. Now that’s something you don’t see everyday.
This was an open office of an advocate and the chained up bench was to prevent it from getting stolen! 😉 | Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India | June ’17
“The Tree that grew Webs” | A fancy name for an usual picture. I saw this tree on my way to a friend’s place. While I walked I thought whether I’ll take a good shot or not. Will I be able to justify the depth that was right in front of my face.
You can survive anywhere and you never know who you can inspire while doing your job. Like these spiders amazed me with this tree, the tree that grows webs! 🙂 Near Hapur, Uttar Pradesh, India | September ’17
“Local Nomad” |
It will always be one mystery where people can disappear and search new places to settle and escape. We are nomads, the local nomads.
Testing camera capabilities of new phone. It’s surely better than the last one!

“Man in the Boat” | Clicked this at an immensely peaceful place.
The name of the man is Abdul Kazil. He allowed me to take a couple of shots while I was trying to reach him through a muddy trail followed by something that was almost like quicksand. Fortunately few rocks saved me! 🙂 A fisherman, a local guide and the captain of his ship, Abdul Kazil.

Well this was just… soothing!
In air… On my very first flight alone I clicked a few pictures. Well this was one lucky shot as I sat on the middle seat in the cabin. Next to me was a man who had shut such beautiful views and landscapes. Fortunately he pulled up the shutter and I really thank him for that. Was scared initially as I saw some spectacular views of me flying beside a thunderstorm where I noticed lightening. It was a different kind of feeling, scary yet beautiful!
This was few minutes before the sunset.

| Beyond by Aman Garg.
I can’t forget this man. Enthusiastic and hardworking with just one thing in mind, “Is baar ki fasal bahut achi hogi” (The harvest this season will be really good). The village is in the outskirts of Gwalior, MP, India. I had the opportunity to take the tour of the farm bare foot. These were paddy fields. And it was just amazing, it was a different experience.
When I clicked him while my feet was all dripped in mud, he posed with such a lively smile. He roamed with us for next 30 minutes before taking a look at this picture.

‘Sea or Dam?’
|
This picture was taken because it really was breathtaking. This was taken on the reservoir of a dam though it doesn’t look like one. The picture perfect boat and the water. The chilly wind blowing through everything and the sound of the water slowly flowing and meeting the grassy shores where I stood clicking what I saw. The grass felt warm coz of the sun and soon tiny waves would wash up and make it cold for a second and again the comfortable warmth.

Another random click. Never thought it would come out to be so nice! Studying through those pages, I am here with just my words and yet there is a lot left inside. Left inside in the pictures I have clicked and yet to click. Starring: My calculator and some notes. (Pooh in the background) Now introducing a new venture. About pictures and about what lies ahead. This is just a glimpse. 🙂 Hopefully you all will love it.
